All orders are shipped from our atelier in Nairobi, Kenya.

Order Processing
Each piece is made to order with meticulous attention. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Delivery
We ship exclusively via DHL Express to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Estimated delivery time: 5 business days (subject to customs clearance).

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Made-to-Order Production
Some items are made to order and require 4–8 weeks of production depending on the style. These items are not held in stock and are crafted specifically for each client. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

At Yoshita 1967, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our returns policy carefully.

Return Period
You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please notify us within 2 days of receipt at info@yoshita1967.com. We may request photos and your order details to assess the issue.

• We will offer an exchange if the same item is available.

• If repair or replacement isn’t possible, a full refund will be issued, and we will arrange return shipping.

Return Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality check. Please allow up to 7 days for inspection.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval and credited to the original payment method, subject to your bank’s processing time.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.

Sale and Final Sale Items
